What didn't sell in 2005 will surely be back on the market in 2006, probably with better prices. Will we continue to have multiple offers? - depends on the number of listings coming up. I am hoping there will be plenty to choose from so it should be a little easier on everyone. And, as long as the interest rates remain low (remember - 8% is my "high") the loans are attractive with low points and fees. Thinking of buying If you haven't decided to purchase a home, when you calculate your income taxes, figure what the difference in taxes would be if you owned a home and what you would be saving in building equity. It's awesome! Thinking of selling Considering we don't have many homes on the market at the beginning of the year, this is the time. If you aren't ready, give me a call to help you start the process.
